Annette Skovsted Hansen

Annette Skovsted Hansen is an Associate Professor in Global History at Aarhus University’s School for Culture and Society. She is an experienced researcher, used to working on the interface between research and industry, and research and capacity-building programmes. She is a specialist in Japanese history and has more recently developed transdisciplinary research programmes within the maritime sector focusing on Africa, and specifically the port of Tema in Ghana (see more here: Port Efficiency and Public Private Capacity and Port Effectiveness and Public Private Cooperation for Competitiveness in Ghana).
