Thea Bladt is a PhD Fellow in history at Aarhus University working on the project "Commemoration and Redress of Colonial Crimes in Denmark, the Netherlands, and the US, 1990-2022." She is also a steering committee member of the Uses of the Past Memory and Heritage Center. Her main research interests include memory studies and the commemoration and redress of historical conflicts particularly after 1990, colonial history and its ties to present public debates, global history, and international organisations.
