Elin Åström Rudberg is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economic History and International Relations at Stockholm University. Her research interests include the history of markets and the role of business in political and cultural change, and the history of advertising and marketing in the twentieth century. She is currently working in a research project entitled “Market makers: The role of advertising in the socio-economic transformation of Sweden c. 1970–2000” funded by Jan Wallanders och Tom Hedelius Stiftelse samt Tore Browaldhs Stiftelse and she is also coordinator in the research programme “Neoliberalism in the Nordics” funded by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond.
