Sami Outinen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences (political history) at the University of Helsinki and has been a visiting researcher at the Institute of Contemporary History at the Södertörn University, Sweden, with ReNEW - Reimagining Norden in an Evolving World.
